ITSA ARAVENA
OWNER / INSTRUCTOR -
BIKRAM YOGA, HIIT, VINYASA & YIN.
I began practicing Bikram Yoga in 2011 while navigating a difficult period of anger, depression, and anxiety. After first hearing about Bikram Yoga in a college course, I felt a pull to try something new. I knew I needed change and healing, and yoga quickly became my home, my peace, and my love.
Through my practice, I learned to stand in front of myself, look into my own eyes, and trust that no matter what I had been through, everything was going to be alright. Yoga gave me a place to step away from stress and worry, meet myself with acceptance, and find balance both on and off the mat.
Wanting to share that experience with others, I became a certified Bikram Yoga Instructor in 2013. Since then, yoga has continued to guide me through many seasons of life, including recovery from a serious car accident and two pregnancies. It remains a constant source of strength, healing, and connection.
As a teacher, my goal is to create a space where you can find a little more balance and peace in your day. I teach with love, understanding, and compassion, knowing that every day on the mat is different and life is always unfolding.

HEATHER GRACE
INSTRUCTOR - BIKRAM YOGA
Heather’s yoga journey began in the summer of 2011 when she was introduced to Bikram Yoga through her mom. After her first class, she was hooked. She fell in love with the heat, the postures, and the feeling of euphoria that came from leaving the hot room.
Heather completed Bikram Yoga Teacher Training in the fall of 2012 and has been teaching ever since. One of her favorite parts of teaching is watching her students grow in their practice and leave the studio with greater confidence and connection to their breath and body.

PAIGE SAVASTANO
INSTRUCTOR- HIIT & VINYASA
Paige began practicing yoga nearly ten years ago and quickly discovered how deeply grounding and transformative the practice could be—both on and off the mat. What started as a simple college curiosity grew into a steady source of physical strength, mental clarity, and emotional healing. Yoga became a place where she returned to herself, found peace in challenge, and connected more deeply with her own inner guidance.
For the past six years, Paige has been a devoted member of the Yorktown Bikram studio, where she fell in love with the hot room and the powerful, renewing energy of Bikram, hot yoga, and hot fitness. The consistency she built there shaped not only her body, but her mindset, her confidence, and her overall sense of wellbeing.
Inspired by how yoga supported her through every season of life, Paige earned her Group Fitness certification and is now completing both her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training and Yoga Sculpt certification. She strives to create classes that are energizing, welcoming, and spiritually grounding—spaces where students can challenge themselves, reconnect with their breath, and feel more at home in their bodies.
Paige is honored to share her love of yoga, movement, and mindful connection with the community that has given her so much.

THERESA KELLY
INSTRUCTOR - VINYASA , SLOW FLOW & YIN
Theresa was first introduced to yoga by a friend in the early 2000s as a way to become a better climber, but it quickly became so much more. She fell in love with the meditative movement of asana and began to see the practice ripple into every part of her life—from how she breathes under pressure to how she listens and shows up for those around her.
That love eventually led Theresa to teaching, and she has had the privilege of leading classes across Georgia, California, and New York. She practices and teaches Vinyasa, Slow Flow, and Yin Yoga, grounded in the belief that time on the mat is time spent coming home to yourself—a space to explore, rest, reconnect, and remember.
First and foremost, Theresa considers herself a student, returning to her mat with an open mind and a sense of curiosity.

STEVE ZAGAMI
INSTRUCTOR- BIKRAM YOGA & HIIT
As a Marine and NYC firefighter, Steve never imagined himself practicing yoga—he practically had to be pushed into his first class. After a serious accident left him living with chronic pain and depression, a fellow firefighter convinced him to give hot yoga a try.
Steve hated that first class, but afterward, he felt better and slept through the night. He returned the next day, and what began as a reluctant first class became a practice that has stayed with him for more than a decade. Today, Bikram Yoga remains an important part of how he cares for his body, mind, and overall well-being.
Steve’s background includes service in the U.S. Marine Corps, a career as an NYC firefighter, and work as a Registered Nurse. He completed Bikram Yoga Teacher Training in 2014 and Inferno Hot Pilates Teacher Training in 2016.
For Steve, Bikram Yoga is his prescription—and a practice he continues to return to.
