PRIVATES

A PRIVATE SESSION can be any class of your choice. Choose from Bikram yoga, Hot HIIT, Hot Vinyasa, Yin or Sound Bath. You can choose one or blend. For example ; 30 minutes Yin and 30 minutes Vinyasa. / 45 minutes of vinyasa and 15 minute sound bath.  Choose from any of our certified and top qualified instructors.  Our instructors are also specialize in many modalities and types of classes. Such as Little flower yoga (kids yoga), Sound healing, Inferno pilates, Group exercise classes, Peri-natal fitness,  Baby OM yoga (mommy and me), Shivananda yoga, and more.

    HAVE THE HOT ROOM AND INSTRUCTOR ALL TO YOUR SELF. A PRIVATE SESSION WILL HELP YOU GROW YOUR PRACTICE. THIS IS A ONE-ONE SESSION, ALLOWING ROOM FOR QUESTIONS AND HANDS-ON ADJUSTMENTS.

    ROOM CAN BE HOT, WARM, ROOM TEMP… YOU CHOOSE.

    This PRIVATE SESSION is limited to one person.  60 minutes.

  • $200

    RESERVE THE HOT ROOM FOR TWO. SHARE THIS SPACE AND INSTRUCTOR WITH A LOVED ONE. GROW AND EXPAND YOUR PRACTICE TOGETHER. THERE IS ROOM FOR QUESTIONS AND HANDS-ON ADJUSTMENTS.

    ROOM CAN BE HOT, WARM, ROOM TEMP…YOU CHOOSE.

    This PRIVATE SESSION is limited to 2 people. 60 minutes.

  • $275

    SHARE THE HOT ROOM AND FAVORITE INSTRUCTOR WITH FAMILY , FRIENDS, COLLEAGUES OR CO-WORKERS! THIS IS PERFECT FOR BIRTHDAYS, BACHELORS, GATHERINGS, CORPORATE/TEAM BUILDING, AND MORE

    ROOM CAN BE HOT, WARM, ROOM TEMP, YOU CHOOSE!

    This GROUP PRIVATE SESSION is limited to 10 people. (It can be less). 60 minutes.+ $20/person if over 10 people.

 

PRIVATE SESSION POLICIES

  • All private sessions and private group sessions must be booked and paid in advance.

  • Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled session.

  • Yoga mats and towels are provided, though you are welcome to bring your own.

  • All private session purchases are final and non-refundable.

  • Once a private session is booked, it cannot be canceled for a refund. Private sessions may be rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours' notice.

  • Rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in the session being forfeited.

  • No-shows are considered a completed session and are not eligible for a refund, credit, makeup session, or rescheduling.

  • Private sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. Clients arriving late will receive the remaining portion of their scheduled session, and the session will still end at the originally scheduled time.

  • Private group sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. Late arrivals do not extend the session beyond the scheduled end time.

  • If a client arrives more than 15 minutes late without prior communication, the session may be considered a no-show at the instructor's discretion.

  • The instructor will wait up to 15 minutes after the scheduled start time. If no participants have arrived and no communication has been received, the session may be considered a no-show and forfeited.

  • Any exception to this policy is made solely at the discretion of Hot Yoga Yorktown and does not guarantee future exceptions.
